Our concept is simple, great authentic home cooked Italian food using only the freshest ingredients delivered daily fresh from the market.
We only use the best San Marzano tomatoes in our pasta sauce. Our recipe includes fresh basil leaves and Italian extra virgin olive oil to ensure the sauce sauce is well balanced and full of flavour.
After cooking we hand press the pomodoro sauce to separate the pulp from the seeds. This reduces the acidity of the sauce and ensures it has the right amount of sweetness and balanced flavour.
We prepare our dough daily by using the finest Italian flour. Our dough is then hand rolled to make our bread, Pizza and our signature mezzaluna croccante.
We make our polpette using a combination of the finest beef and pork mince along with a selection of herbs and spices to make the softest most flavourful meatballs, perfect for our Meatball Parpadelle.
The final touch: each dish is beautifully presented to tempt all the senses, the scent of the food as it arrives at your table, the pristine dish presentation and finally the rich burst of flavour as it first hits your tongue.
